Why a Claude-focused course

Teams often choose Claude for long documents, careful writing and analysis. Many people start using it on their own, so results depend on who is typing and what they paste in.

This course is the Claude version of our L2 AI Productivity programme. It follows the same four modules with every exercise done in Claude, and adds what a team needs to share work safely: Claude Projects, shared instructions and clear rules on what data goes in.

Teams that use both ChatGPT and Claude can take the standard L2 course, which covers both.

What participants will be able to do

Write clear briefs for Claude: role, context, examples and the output format you need
Draft and rewrite emails, proposals and reports in English, Chinese or Malay
Summarise long documents, compare contract or quotation versions and turn meeting notes into actions
Analyse spreadsheets and reports with Claude, and check the numbers before using them
Set up Claude Projects with shared instructions and reference files as team assistants
Know which company and personal data must not go into Claude, in line with PDPA

Day 1 PM	2. Long documents and knowledge	Summaries of long reports, comparing two contract or quotation versions, meeting notes to actions, pointing to the source passage	Compare two versions of a document and list the changes
Day 2 AM	3. Data and analysis	Reading spreadsheets and reports, formulas, trend notes; checking results against the source data	Analyse a sales or operations report
Day 2 PM	4. Claude Projects and team workflows	Projects with shared instructions and reference files; a team prompt library; data rules	Each team sets up one Project; each person completes five workflows

Using Claude safely at work

Use team or business accounts where possible, and confirm the data settings with your IT team before the course.
Do not paste identity card numbers, bank details, passwords or customers' personal data unless your company has approved the account and the use case.
Check facts, figures and any legal or financial content before you send it. Claude can be wrong.
Our L1 course covers PDPA and data classification for all staff.

Do participants need paid Claude accounts?

We recommend paid team or business accounts so participants can use Projects and get more suitable data terms. We confirm the set-up with you before the course.

Can the course cover ChatGPT as well?

Yes. The standard L2 course uses both ChatGPT and Claude. The Claude version suits teams that have chosen Claude as their main tool.

Do you run this training in Malaysia?

Yes. We run in-house training for teams in Malaysia, in English or Chinese, and public classes for smaller groups. Ask us about dates and locations.

Do participants need a technical background?

No. Being comfortable with email, documents and spreadsheets is enough.
