Two days for HR teams to use ChatGPT and Claude in hiring, onboarding, training and staff surveys, with clear rules on candidate and employee data.
HR work involves a lot of writing and reading: job ads, interview guides, policies, onboarding packs and survey comments. AI can take on much of the first draft. HR also handles personal data about candidates and staff, so mistakes cost more than in most teams.
This is the HR track of our L3 role-based course. Exercises use your own HR documents with personal details removed, and every scenario includes a check step: what the HR person must review before anything is sent or decided.
| Time | Module | Key content | Hands-on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Day 1 AM | 1. HR tasks and safe use | Breaking down HR work into steps AI can help with; prompt structure; what data can go into AI tools | Map your team's ten most frequent HR tasks |
| Day 1 PM | 2. Hiring | Job descriptions and ads, interview questions and scorecards, comparing CVs against criteria, bias checks | A hiring assistant for one open role |
| Day 2 AM | 3. Onboarding and staff Q&A | Onboarding checklists, a handbook Q&A assistant, policy summaries, multilingual staff messages | An onboarding Q&A assistant built from your handbook |

Yes. If you have only one or two HR staff, they can join a mixed L3 class with other roles, or a public L2 class. We suggest the best option when you enquire.
Yes, with personal details removed. We agree before the course which documents are used and how.
ChatGPT and Claude by default, with Lark for records. If your company already uses Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, we use those tools instead.
AI can help compare CVs against your criteria and summarise them. It should not make the decision: HR reviews the shortlist, checks for bias and handles candidate data in line with PDPA.
Yes. Scenarios that connect several systems, such as an onboarding form that updates a sheet and sends notifications, are built in n8n in our L4 course.
Tell us about your team. We will recommend a course mix and schedule based on roles, workflows and the tools you already use.
